Kaylee was born & raised in Napanee, with lifelong roots across Lennox & Addington County & a deep knowledge of the surrounding communities, from Belleville to Kingston to Prince Edward County.

She grew up in a family-owned construction business, which is where her interest in residential development started. That background means she can talk to you honestly about a home's bones, not just its listing photos: construction, renovations, rural properties, septic systems, wells & zoning.

Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa & brings that same practical, detail-oriented approach to every transaction, whether you're a first-time buyer, downsizing, relocating, or exploring a development opportunity.

She believes every real estate deal is different & deserves a customized approach, not a script. You'll always know where things stand, & you'll never feel like just another file.
